SALES POLICY

Farrás Home's Sales Policy applies only to sales of products through our website.

Minimum order

Any order will be served in panels/rolls 2 x 0,60m wide x 2.55m long => 3m2. Farrás Home has established a minimum of 3m2/reference for Products in the Stock Service catalogue. The minimums established by Farrás Home for Collection Products are 31m2/reference.

Order confirmation
Your order is not valid for Farrás Home until you have received an Order Confirmation by email. You should print and review your order confirmation and retain a copy for your records. Farrás Home reserves the right to cancel any order and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

Prices
Prices quoted by Farrás Home are in Euros "€" and will be the prices in force at the reception's date of a complete order. These prices are Ex-Works Béjar (Salamanca) and are shipped with prepaid freight.

Shipping and delivery
Farrás Home will notify you by email when your order leaves our facilities. Farrás Home will not be responsible for any carrier's specific delivery date, time or delayed delivery.

Payment terms

To launch any production, you must provide a valid credit card number or payment details to Farrás Home when your order is confirmed, authorizing the charge of 50% of the total purchase. The remaining 50% plus shipping/freight costs will be charged prior to shipping.

By submitting an order and a credit card number or bank details to the payment gateway, you will be declaring that you are the owner of a valid credit card or bank details and that Farrás Home is authorized to make the aforementioned charges.

Changes and Cancellations

Any change or cancellation must be requested by phone, directly to Farrás Home's Customer Service at mobile: +34 676 73 43 67 or by email to hola@farrashome.com. These will always be subject to Farrás Home's acceptance by email.

Damages in transit

You are responsible for inspecting all Products for visible damage upon reception of your order. Damages on the packaging itself does not constitute damage to the Products and will not be considered valid for claiming purposes. You must report any damage to Farrás Home`s Customer Service within five business days of Products' reception, in order that Farrás Home can repair or replace the damaged Products.

Returns
Farrás Home does not accept returns that are not shipping errors or manufacturing product defects. Claims for defective, damaged, missing or incorrect products must be received within seven business days of delivery.

Tone or colour variation
Farrás Home alerts to the fact that as their products are made of natural fibers, there may be small variations its face colour and thickness.

Customized cutting tolerance

Our product is a textile woven with natural fiber;: sheep's wool. Variations in temperature and humidity can expand or contract the fiber affecting the size and shape of the product. Please note that material dimensions may change up to ±3% due to weather variation.

Warranty
Farrás Home warrants solely to the original purchaser, that all Products, under normal conditions, will meet the specifications listed in the Price List and the Summary of Test Results. If any failure occurs in compliance with this warranty, Farrás Home will repair or replace, under prior written notification, at its option and cost, the affected Product. Always bear in mind that our Product is natural, meaning with its specific and inherent characteristics.

Farrás Home provides a two-year warranty as from the purchase, in compliance with the EU. This warranty includes manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to: normal wear and tear, user modifications, acts or omissions of people other than Farrás Home, improper cleaning, adverse environmental conditions and local surface imperfections.

Disclaimers

The express guarantees contained in this Sales Policy are the only ones provided by Farrás Home.

Delay / Force majeure
Farrás Home will not be responsible for non-compliance or delay in the expected delivery dates due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. If one of these events occurs, Farrás Home may extend delivery dates for a period of time necessary to overcome the effect of the delay, allocate available Product or cancel any orders.

Limitations and Liability

The terms set forth in this Sales Policy are exclusive and Farrás Home's liability with respect to any breach of this Sales Policy or any contract entered into between you and Farrás Home will not exceed the cost of the product on which this liability is based.
